Our Founder, Mr. Rajeshwar Prasad Mishra, A Civil Engineer from Government Polytechnic Mumbai has over 13 years of combined experience in the Constructions, Real Estate & Property Services, & RWA (Co-op. Hsg. Society, Condominium, Commercial Premises) Sector.
Prior to founding The Proptech Company, Rajeshwar was a key member of the Core Team at “Zipgrid Proptech (A JLL Backed Proptech Start Up)”, where he played crucial leadership roles in Operations, Business Development & New Business, which contributed to the company's growth.

Rajeshwar joined Zipgrid Proptech as a Property Manager and at the time of leaving the company, he was elevated to the ranks of AGM due to his grit, passion and honesty towards his work. His career includes impactful roles at reputed Construction Companies and Developers. The list includes names of Raheja Developers, JLS Realty, Hiranandani Developers and Skaf Constructions. During his stint at JLS Realty (Jasani-Levinstein (Israel Based)-Mukund JV), Rajeshwar was instrumental in constructing and facilitating possession of the buildings by directly reporting and coordinating with the Israeli Directors of the company. Rajeshwar has completed his GDC&A Certificate (Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy) with First Class , which is instrumental for individuals making a difference in the RWA (Residents Welfare Associations) Sector.

Rajeshwar is one of the pioneer figures of the Property & Real Estate space, having 360 degree experience of Property Segment i.e. Right from Constructions to Society Formation to Day to Day Functionings. With a track record of driving growth and change, Rajeshwar continues to make a significant impact in the Property & Real Estate landscape.
